Insurance
“Le Passeport Culinaire” ensures a comprehensive and suitable travel insurance that covers the period of travel.
Tour Departures
We advise all culinary travelers to arrive at the selected departure point 15 minutes prior to the published departure time. No refund will be issued for missed departures.
Culinary travelers are advised not to bring any valuable items to the activities or tours. “Le Passeport Culinaire” will not be responsible in any case for the loss or damage of a traveler’s personal valuables. “Le Passeport Culinaire” will not be liable for any loss or injury suffered by the client resulting from any activity which is beyond its direct control.
Missed Features of Program
In case a culinary traveler decides not to be part of any aspect(s) of the program, he or she is not entitled to any refund therefore.
Not Included
Additional excursions not outlined in the excursion program, personal expenses, phone calls, faxes, laundry services, passport and visa fees, tips, gratuities and refreshments are not included.
Customer Conduct
Smoking is not permitted on any of our vehicles. “Le Passeport Culinaire” reserves the right to refuse the presence of any person whose conduct or manner is likely to cause offence or upset other travelers or customers.
Pricing and Payment
For all the excursions, a down payment of 50% must be paid to secure the dates and places. The remainder 50% to be paid 3 weeks prior to the start of the culinary journey.
Cancellations
“Le Passeport Culinaire” reserves the right to cancel any scheduled tour, or event at any time. In such circumstances you will be entitled to full re-payment to any amount received or you may transfer to an alternative activity at no additional cost.
Charges
For cancellation taking place 40 days before departure, a full refund is given (less administration fee) or transfer to another date or tour.
For cancellation taking place within 39 days or less, no refund is applicable.
Substitute representatives
Another person can replace the culinary traveler after providing "Le Passeport Culinaire” with all the details at least 20 days before the journey begins. The names, any dietary requirements & contact number of anyone replacing the traveler must be communicated.
ALTERNATIVES | CANCELLATIONS
While “Le Passeport Culinaire” shall do everything reasonably possible to provide the journey itinerary and details as planned; the company reserves the right to modify the timing and/or content of any activity, transport or accommodation for any reason. In the case of hotel accommodation, a similar standard of alternative accommodation will be obtained wherever possible.
Accommodation and Transportation
Accommodation and transportation arrangements are provided independently by third party providers. Such arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these providers.
Website and Data Protection
The content of the pages of “Le Passeport Culinaire” website is for your general information and use only. You shall not, in any case use it for other purposes.
Photography and Videography
Culinary Travelers will grant the rights to “Le Passeport Culinaire” to use pictures, videos and testimonials for the company’s commercial use without any compensation.
Force Majeure
“Le Passeport Culinaire” does not accept any liability for any loss, inconvenience or damage caused by war, threat of war, riot or civil commotion, terrorist or criminal activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, fires, illness, weather conditions, road traffic conditions, temporary technical, electrical or mechanical breakdown within booked accommodation.
